I’m going to call this week 3 of doing yoga at least 3 days per week. I’ll start my weeks on Monday.
I really started to notice that I was doing yoga a whole lot more a couple of weeks ago. I’m noticing, too, that my arms are getting stronger.
I took a class with EMily at Mountain Waves HEaling Arts Center today. She’s a grea teacher. Tomorrow I’m teaching at NAU, then WEdnesday I am 50/50 on taking a class—I might go to a reiki circle. Friday I’ll be mountain biking, and some time this week I’ll be teaching Randy again.
See more progress on: practice yoga at least 3 days a week (for the next year)
