CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Gentle Core Yoga - 50 minutes
This class emphasizes awareness of the breath and body, focusing on the core. We will awaken our personal strength through mindful breathing, movement and asanas to stabilize and energize the trunk, and meditative relaxation. Appropriate for all levels.

RealEase Yoga - 1 hour 15 minutes Lunch RealEase 50 minutes
Strengthen and lengthen the body as we focus on postures of "letting go". Asanas will be held longer, integrating the mind, body, and breath to go deeper into the connective tissue and joints.

Gentle Flow Yoga - 1 hour 15 minutes
This class will focus on breathing, body alignment, and relaxation. We will build strength, flexibility, and body-awareness with a flowing sequence of asanas and guided breathing. Class ends with a final relaxation meditation. Appropriate for all levels.

Lunch Hour Yoga - 50 minutes
This class focuses on yogic breathing and a flowing sun salutation sequence to wake up your body, mind and spirit. Movement is balanced with meditative relaxation. All levels ~ may be challenging for absolute beginners.

Restorative Yoga Nidra 1 hour 15 minutes
Release muscular, emotional, and mental tension through gentle and supported postures, and guided meditations. Appropriate for all levels.

i have not seen them from the link you've posted. i have read the bhagavad gita and pradipika. am going to look more closely at what you've posted . . .
