New Year's Eve Oms and Eats Event

This is getting a big response. I’ve put the word out on Facebook and have emailed a lot of people as well as hung a few fliers in strategic places.

If any of you are looking for something different to do on New Year’s Eve and you live near Flagstaff, I am giving a free event at Mountain Waves Healing Arts Center. Description of the event is below.

If you’re interested in yoga, I am teaching a class which starts at 5:30. If you’ve never taken a class at Mountain Waves before, first classes are free!

Cost: FREE, please bring a simple food to share for the pot-luck

Celebrate this special time of rebirth and transformation with Holly Troy and the Mountain Waves Community, as we welcome in the New Year. Festivities will begin in the yoga studio with introductions followed by a group guided meditation focusing on world peace, a healthy planet and joyful connection. We will let go of something that no longer serves us and “plant” some new intentions for the year to come. To complete the evening, we’ll open our hearts and spirits, sending up our energy with the universal good vibrations of OM.

As the final touch, we’ll share our merriment with conversation and pot-luck treats in the lobby.
