I teach yoga on Tuesday nights in my office. This week, we focused on lower back bends and arms.
I bring in my ipod and play Indian music, Ravi Shankar through an ipod dock. We move a little bit of furniture around and viola! yoga studio.
I keep forgetting to bring the nag champa.
Next month, I know I’ll be teaching at Mountain Waves at least two times as well.
