It’s been a super busy month, but I feel like I am ready to get back on this. I love how I feel (and how I look) when I do sun salutations regularly. I have let a lot of “outside” things take over my life this past month, which is not good! I realize I’ve been chewing my nails and feeling all around like I’m spinning my wheels, means I am stressed.
Have been going over yoga moves in general slowly today, working out how to talk about micro-movements when I teach.
